Felipe Graphic Long Sleeve Tee Baltimore
This limited-edition long sleeve tee was custom-designed by Felipe, a JARC Baltimore CNC Grad whose journey shows that it’s never too late to shift careers. When Felipe first arrived in the U.S., he worked in restaurants, moving from dishwasher to general manager. “Being a general manager, I felt stuck. I knew there would come a point where I’d feel stuck… and that’s what happened,” he recalls.
Looking for a new path, Felipe found JARC Baltimore’s CNC training program and was drawn to the opportunity to work with computerized machines and develop technical skills that could lead to a stable career. With determination, and support from instructors, financial coaches, and peers, he mastered CNC programming and machine operation. “What I did was record a video of the instructor explaining each step… then the next day, I followed all steps and told the instructor I was ready to operate the machine. That helped a lot.”
While building his new career, Felipe channeled his creativity into designing this t-shirt, combining artistry and purpose, just like his journey. Today, he works as a CNC Machine Operator at Pace Worldwide, thriving in a career that excites him every day. “JARC opens doors and prepares you for success in a new career. The first door in manufacturing; after that, many doors open.”

Without side seams
Knit in one piece using tubular knit, it reduces fabric waste and makes the garment more attractive
Ribbed knit collar with seam
Ribbed knit makes the collar highly elastic and helps retain its shape
Shoulder tape
Twill tape covers the shoulder seams to stabilize the back of the garment and prevent stretching
Fiber composition
Solid colors are 100% cotton; Safety and Heather colors are 50% cotton, 50% polyester; Sport Grey is 90% cotton, 10% polyester.

DTF inner neck labels
The inner neck labels offered by a variety of print partners are printed using the Direct-to-Film (DTF) print method, while the rest of the prints are done with the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) method.
